Born and died in Telve Valsugana (1927- 2013). After entering the priesthood and joining the Franciscan Order in Trento, he spent several years serving as a missionary among the indigenous peoples of Bolivia. Typically monogramming his paintings as EFE, his first solo exhibition was held at the Dominican gallery in Bolzano/Bozen in February 1955. Other exhibitions include the IV “Mostra Regionale di Arti Figurative” figurative arts exhibition in Bolzano, the “Biennale d'Arte Triveneta” Exhibition in Padua (1959), and the III “Mostra Nazionale dell'Arte Giovanile” national exhibition in Rome (1958). “Premio Marzotto” prize in 1956. After 1962, his works were shown at various exhibitions in Bolivia. In 1972 he was awarded the Milan “Premio Europa” prize, and a solo exhibition was organised in Borgo Valsugana near his birthplace.
